Returns, Refunds & Shipping

We want you to love your Sabre Fightwear items! If something isn’t right, our returns and shipping policies make it simple to get sorted.

As a small business, we’re currently unable to offer free returns, so please note that return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

UK Returns

Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Email admin@sabrefightwear.com to get the return address.

You cover the cost of returning the item.

International Returns

Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Email admin@sabrefightwear.com for instructions.

You cover return shipping, duties, and taxes.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order on arrival.

Please contact us immediately at admin@sabrefightwear.com if there’s a problem.

Non-Returnable Items

Handwraps, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange a product is to return your original item first, then place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Allow extra time for your bank or card provider.

If it’s been 15 business days and you haven’t received your refund, please contact admin@sabrefightwear.com

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
